Day 3: Sataplia Reserve and Cave – Promethe Cave – Tbilisi ( B / – / – )
Sataplia Sataplia State Reserve is a most multifarious and very rare monument.
It is of complex character and contains geologic, paleontological,
speleological and botanical monuments. A cave with dinosaur footprints.
Lunch – at the restaurant with traditional Imeretian meals and wine
Promethe Cave What to see: stalacites, stalamites, helictities, travertines,
stoned waterfalls, cave pearls, subterranean river and lakes.
The underground track is about 1.2km.
Total around 16 caves linking by 4 huge halls.
